On a crisp autumn afternoon at Manito Park, Justin guided Heather on a walk around the mirror pond to admire the season’s changing colors. Unbeknownst to Heather, Justin’s close friend Becky had arrived to capture the special moment. Justin led her over to a small maple tree growing up in a cut-out, overlooking the pond, got down on one knee, and asked for her hand in marriage with a vintage, rose gold, purple sapphire ring, haloed by rose cut diamonds. Through happy tears Heather said yes — and “I get to be Mrs. Haldeman!” — We later celebrated at our favorite restaurant, Luna.
