Are the accommodations you recommended mandatory or do I have other options?
Great news! Maui has a wonderful variety of accommodations to fit every budget! While you're welcome to choose where you stay, we highly recommend booking something on the south side of the island, as close to the venue as possible. This will make your experience as seamless as possible while helping you avoid any unexpected traffic or road closures.
Are little ones welcome to celebrate with us?
We adore your little ones and are so happy to celebrate with your whole family! To help ensure a peaceful and fully present ceremony for everyone, we kindly ask that parents exercise their best judgment. If you think your child(ren) may have a hard time sitting quietly throughout the ceremony, we warmly and gently encourage you to arrange childcare ahead of time so you can relax and enjoy being fully present during the ceremony. Am I able to bring a guest?
We've designed our celebration to be an intimate gathering of our closest and most treasured people in our lives, should they be able to make the journey. With that in mind, we welcome one guest and one (1) plus one per invitation. We just ask that your plus one be someone near and dear to your heart, whether that's a loving partner, close friend, or family member that you trust. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us create the meaningful, intimate experience we've dreamt of!
When is the RSVP Deadline?
Since this is a destination celebration, we'd love for you to RSVP as soon as you're able.
It truly helps us plan the most wonderful experience for everyone! That said, we do have a firm RSVP deadline of November 2, 2026 (four weeks before the big day). With limited space and lots of moving parts to coordinate, we'll need your response by then to make sure everything is perfectly in place for you. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!
Is there a wedding registry?
Absolutely! You can find everything on our ‘Registry’ page. We’ve included a variety of options to make contributing easy and flexible. Please do whatever feels right for you. Most importantly, having you celebrate this day with us is the greatest gift of all, and anything beyond that is truly appreciated.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Tucked within the sculpture garden of the Four Seasons Resort, Plumeria Point is an outdoor venue, with a natural canopy of plumeria trees that open to the sky. Cascading fountains, the sweeping Pacific Ocean, and the misty Kahalawai Mountains frame the horizon, creating an intimate, breathtaking backdrop, making an intimate ceremony feel both magical and effortless.
What's the wedding dress code?
We want everyone to feel comfortable and look their best! Head over to our ‘Dress Code’ page for all the details on what to wear for the ceremony and celebratory dinner.
Where’s the wedding ceremony and reception?
The wedding ceremony will be held at The Four Seasons Maui at Plumeria Point, followed by an optional celebratory dinner. In lieu of a full reception in Hawaii, we’re planning a local reception in the late summer of 2027. That way we can bring the Maui magic home and celebrate fully with all our friends and family; no plane ticket required. Get ready to party!
What's the wedding itinerary?
A full itinerary will be posted on the website once vendors and timelines are confirmed. Hard copies will also be included with your invitations, so you’ll have everything you need, even if cell service gets spotty!
Are pictures allowed during the ceremony and/or reception?
We want to be fully present with each of you during the ceremony and we’d love for you to be present with us too! We kindly ask that all phones be silenced and put away so our photographers and videographers can work their magic and capture every moment beautifully.
Once the ceremony wraps, we absolutely want to see your candids, do some silly selfies, and see all the fun from dinner and beyond!
For our local reception in 2027: Photos are strongly encouraged! We want every laugh, every dance move, and every precious moment documented. The more memories captured with our friends and loved ones, the better! So charge those phones, grab one of our disposable cameras, and get ready to snap away!

What menu options are there for people with dietary restrictions?
We want everyone to feel comfortable and be well-fed at our celebratory dinner! If you have dietary restrictions or specific concerns, we’d recommend browsing the restaurant’s menu online or giving them a call ahead of time so you can plan accordingly.
If the menu doesn’t quite work for your needs or preferences, no worries at all! South Maui has an incredible dining scene with plenty of amazing options nearby. While we would absolutely love to have every single one of you at the table, we completely understand if you need to make a different choice that works best for you. We’ll celebrate together in all the ways that matter!
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotels?
While we aren’t able to coordinate transportation directly, we highly recommend choosing accommodations as close to the venue as possible, as it’ll make your day so much smoother and stress-free! Maui roads can occasionally have traffic or unexpected closures, so being nearby is a definite plus.
Your hotel or resort concierge will also be a wonderful resource to utilize for arranging rides or rentals to make getting around the island as easy as possible. We want your whole experience to feel effortless!
